Ronan Diamond
Senior Director, Valuation and Advisory
Ronan is a Senior Director in Lisney’s Professional Services Department where he is responsible for property consultancy advice to the private sector, public sector and institutional clients. Ronan joined Lisney in 1999 having previously worked with Harrington Bannon and Druker Fanning & Partners.
He has significant experience in commercial property valuations, rent review, arbitrations, lease renewals, rating appeals, compulsory purchase and acting as an Expert Witness in the Courts.
Ronan recently completed portfolio valuation work on behalf of Bank of Ireland, Deutsche Bank, Balmoral International Land Ltd, Rabobank, KPMG, Fitzwilliam Properties, and Dublin Airport Authority. He has also provided valuation advice to Allied Irish Banks Plc, Ulster Bank, Capital Flow, Finance Ireland, Lioncor Developments, the Railway Procurement Agency, Kilkenny and Meath County Councils as well as the National Asset Management Agency.
He holds a BSc in Estate Management from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has completed the Professional Diploma in Arbitration at University College Dublin Sutherland School of Law. He currently sits on the SCSI’s Valuation Surveying Professional Group committee and is an assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence for the SCSI.
