Rory commenced his career with Morrissey’s in 1999 and undertook his Residental & Land Agency Certificate followed by BSc Hons in Property Studies through the IAVI & DIT Bolton St. With in excess of 20 years of experience specialising in the Licensed Premises & Hospitality Property sector, Rory has a wealth of in-depth knowledge relating to all aspects of Licensed & Hospitality Going Concerns.

Throughout this period, Rory has advised a wide spectrum of clients including private, institutional, corporate, financial and SMEs alike through the provision of specialist services relating to Licensed & Hospitality properties including:
