Shane Markey

Divisional Director, Licensed & Leisure

Shane began his career with Morrisseys in 2011 and joined Lisney in May 2018 as part of Lisney’s acquisition of the company.

Morrisseys now comprise the Licensed and Leisure department of Lisney and Shane’s role incorporates all aspects of property services within this sector.

In his role to date Shane has been responsible for multiple valuations, sales, acquisitions, lettings, expert witness advice, rent reviews and strategic advices on behalf of institutional, professional and private clients.

Shane holds a BSc in Estate Management from Northumbria University, is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
