The Lisney team attains the highest professional valuation standards as prescribed by the RICS Red Book, for the purpose of reviewing existing secured assets, financial accounts, Initial Public Offerings, and legal purposes. We have vast experience with one off valuations and large residential and commercial portfolio valuations.

Rent Reviews, Lease Renewal and Court Appearances
As market leaders, our team of chartered surveyors has vast experience in all property matters, unique market knowledge and superior technical ability. We can act for either party in negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals or support you in court.

Compulsory Purchase Order
Compulsory purchase orders can be complicated, but after acting in thousands of cases in the last decade alone, Lisney is the perfect team to lead the process.
