The subject site is located within an existing Roadstone facility. It is located to the front of the main landholding along the boundary to the N15 and return frontage to the R232. The subject site has large hard standing storage areas, a large open sided industrial building, maintenance building and a single storey office along with an ESB sub-station.

The subject area comprises approx. 3 ha (7.413 acres) as outlined on the below map in red.
At present the realignment of the N15/R232 is currently under construction and works are due to be finished in October 2026. Part of the subject lands were acquired by Donegal County Council in order to carry out these roadworks. There are two separate entrances on the R232 one which will serve the subject site and the other provide access to the remaining retained land holding.
