Lucy Geoghegan joined Lisney in August 2024 and is currently part of the New Homes department based in St Stephen’s Green House. She holds two real estate degrees from Technological University Dublin: a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Property Economics (Valuation Surveying) and a Bachelor of Science in Auctioneering, Valuation and Estate Agency.
Since joining Lisney, Lucy has broadened her expertise through experience in the Valuation and Advisory Services and Offices departments, complementing her work in New Homes. She also brings valuable lettings experience from Lansdowne Partnership, where she worked on a development owned by Kennedy Wilson.
Lucy is committed to advancing her professional qualifications and plans to undertake the APC pathway to become a RICS Chartered Surveyor.
