I just wanted to drop you an e-mail to tell you how impressed I was with Ann-Marie.

18 months ago we purchased our house from Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty and Ann-Marie was in charge of the viewings… she really swayed me to purchase the house with her enthusiasm for the property and not to buy the neighbouring house which was also for sale at the same time with another agent….a decision I’m now really happy we made!   I found she had such a friendly manner and was always available on phone/ e-mail no matter how small my query.

Because of this I decided a year later we would love to use Ann-Marie to sell our own house in Blackrock of which the sale recently closed well above the asking price. It was a long road for her as every time we were about to go to market something would happen with the pandemic.
