Ann-Marie McCoy

Director, Residential Sales

Ann-Marie is a Director of Residential Sales and oversees the running of the Blackrock office. Ann-Marie began her career in property in 2000, having completed an honours degree in Business and Law from UCD. Ann-Marie joined Lisney on a full-time basis in 2005, having worked with the firm part-time while studying for her degree. Prior to that, Ann-Marie worked in Wyse Estate Agents covering Sales, Lettings and Management in South County Dublin and the City Centre.

Ann-Marie has worked across several of our branches including Terenure, Sandyford, Dun Laoghaire and Dalkey and has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of second-hand residential sales in addition to providing overall advice on the residential property market, particularly in South Dublin.

Ann-Marie is an associate member of the SCSI and the RICS.
