– The yard in front of the house is cobbled with sandstone laid in a circle around a 3-tiered ornate sandstone fountain, while all the other paths around the house are laid in cream and mint Indian sandstone.
– There are 22 Victorian cast iron lanterns along the driveway and around the garden and footpaths.

Garden
– There are 3 acres of landscaped and manicured gardens with mature trees such as blue cypress, spruce, weeping willow, mountain ash, Douglas fir, evergreen oak, hazel, ash, cherry, birch, and more.
– Box hedging surrounds rose beds containing over 150 rose bushes.
– A raised circular limestone flower bed is in the centre of the garden footpaths, featuring a magnolia tree in the centre. Around the magnolia tree, roses and lavender are planted to attract wild bees and butterflies.
– There is a large pond at the back of the house, home to a family of resident water hens and mallard ducks that visit the pond every night for shelter.
– The pond is oxygenated with water lilies and other aquatic plants, so algae is never a problem.
– A black cobblestone-clad steel bridge crosses the pond, allowing the paths to interconnect over the 3 acres of gardens.

– The ornate fascia, soffit, and spike finials are handmade from hardwood timber and painted to match the Marvin sash windows.
– The roof is clad with Welsh Blue Bangor slates. The ridge capping is handmade copper roll-top ridging, and the roof windows are all Velux.
– The gutters and downpipes are all cast aluminum.
– Uplighters are fitted around the house, highlighting the stonework at night.

Entrance Hall
– Upon entering the house through the main double doors, you enter the great hall with its Jacobean oak-paneled walls and large oak fireplace.
– Between floors, a void holds a crystal chandelier hanging over 6 meters from the ground floor.
– The ceilings throughout the house are coved with indented Victorian bespoke handmade coving.
– The void area is finished with the same handrail as the stairs and paneled in Jacobean oak with uplighters.
– The ground floor is tiled with Crema Marfil marble 600mm by 600mm tiles, polished with a 150mm Emperador border.
– The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, zoned in each room.
– There is a built-in surround sound speaker system in the ceilings.
– The main grand stairs are clad with Emperador marble steps, risers, and landing, with twisted wrought iron and oak handrails embellished with acorn posts between the railings.
– Under the main stairs are storage and controls for the heating system.
– The large feature right-angle window to the rear of the house overlooks the garden. This feature window runs from the landing of the main stairs to the ceiling, flooding the house with light while also providing 180-degree views over the garden and pond. All window sills throughout the house are marble.

Bar and Sitting Room
– Off the main hall, you enter a light-flooded bar and sitting room. The walls are paneled with white oak, while the floor is red oak with a Celtic inlaid border. The bar has a large bay window.
– The bar is made of oak and has a marble counter with taps for three beers on draft. Behind the bar is a full cooler system, a wine cooler fridge, a dishwasher, a sink, shelving, and a bottle optic holder.
– In the centre of the bar, you have a full-size pool table.

– Christoff’s handmade kitchen is hand-painted and made from hardwood from floor to ceiling. The worktops are Emperador marble, like the kicker board, with built-in LED lighting. A double pantry unit, Belfast, and Franke sink exist. Also in the kitchen are a built-in espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, double fridge, and wine cooler fridge.
– Under a large ornate mantelpiece, a cream oil-fired four-oven Aga cooker, two electric fan ovens, and a four-ring gas hob are located.
– All the splashbacks of the kitchen units are finished with Emperador marble.
– The large curved island in the centre of the kitchen can seat six people and is topped with a beech worktop and herb garden sink.

Boot Room
– The boot room has floor-to-ceiling storage and drawer units, a broom closet, pot drawers, and a Belfast sink with Emperador worktops and splashbacks. It has a washing machine and a dryer.

Main Hall Upstairs
– There is a large ornate fireplace with Jacobean oak paneling on the walls, an ornate coved ceiling, and cast-iron free-standing radiators under each of the eight windows.

– Off the main hall, on the first floor, under an oak arch, is a snug room with double windows looking over the garden and cast-iron free-standing radiators.

Library
– Across the main hall is a library with shelves and a large window facing west to catch the light until late evening.
– The bookshelves are mahogany with glass display cabinets, mirrors, and green velvet inlays to display ornaments.
