Caroline Kevany

Senior Negotiator, Residential Sales

Caroline is a Senior Negotiator based in the Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty Dalkey branch, having joined the company in 2015. Prior to this, she worked in a leading Dublin fine art auctioneer where she accumulated almost ten years of professional experience. Caroline holds a first-class honours MSc in Real Estate from TUI Dublin, a Dip. in Interior Architecture from GCD and a BA in Art History from UCD.

Caroline has worked across several of the Lisney branch offices including Leeson Street, Dún Laoghaire and Dalkey. As a Dalkey resident who grew up there, she brings in-depth local knowledge on all aspects of second-hand residential sales in addition to providing overall advice on the residential property market. She has a particular interest in period properties and architecture.

She is an Associate Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
