Diana Mandaji

Negotiator, New Homes

Diana started working with Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty in January 2023 joining the New Homes department as a Negotiator.

She is involved in many aspects of the residential development process, including sales, marketing, preparing launches and liaising with purchasers.

Diana has over 6 years of experience working in the New Homes department with developers such as Gembira Ltd, Grandbrind, Merville Homes and others.

She specialised in advisory services for new home developments in the greater Dublin area and further afield, taking projects on from the pre-planning stage through to the marketing and disposal of large-scale developments.

Prior to this, Diana worked as a Branch Manager in a well-established estate agency in Dublin 15 overlooking all aspects of residential sales, lettings, and management.

Diana’s multi-lingual skills, (4 languages) coupled with a communicative personality helps build a strong and professional yet personal customer relationship.

Diana is a member of IPAV and holds a level 7 BSc (Ord) degree in Auctioneering, Valuation and Estate Agency (AVEA) from Dublin Institute of Technology.
