Stephanie Patterson

Stephanie started working with Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty in January 2019 joining the New Homes team as a Divisional Director.

Stephanie provides additional depth to one of Lisney’s Sotheby’s International Reality most dynamic departments and offers developers both Irish and International insight and fundamental market knowledge. Stephanie spent 5 years with London-based agents Chestertons in their International Residential Homes department. Prior to this, she worked with Savills for 8 years. Having built up a sizeable network of overseas and UK based contacts and experience, she joins Lisney to assist with the marketing and promotion of a selection of new high-end off plan developments in central and South County Dublin.

Stephanie’s skill set allows her to offer key developmental and marketing guidance, having garnered extensive experience within both the residential and off plan property arenas across Europe, the Carribean and North America. Coupled with this, Stephanie operates in a highly professional yet personable manner, providing a top level of client and customer care. Specialist areas include developing and managing key client relationships, decision making in relation to market strategy, pricing, advertising campaigns and project development. Stephanie is an assoicate member of the SCSI.
